Dan was unimpressed by the Dallas Cowboys’ win over a struggling New York Giants team in another boring Thursday Night Football game which only reinforces his dislike for the mid-week matchups. It was a low-scoring, sloppy, penalty-riddled mess of a game and neither team looked particularly good. The only real drama was the 5 ½ point spread which the Cowboys failed to cover after leaving three points on the field when the usually reliable Brandon Aubrey missed a 51yd FG late in the 4th quarter.
Dan Patrick: “That was a boring game. That had all of the elements of why I hate Thursday Night Football. It was sloppy; a lot of flags, Dallas wins it 20-15..."
