There it is. Our first Tim Tebow sighting of 2020. An annual tradition unlike any other. I don't know how good the Philippines will be in the World Baseball Classic, or if they will even qualify. What I do know is that they'll have the most heart out of any other nation in the field. Miles and miles of heart, shout out coach Jimmy McGinty.
Seriously though, I hope we keep hearing from Tim Tebow for another ten years. Every single baseball season I forget that he's in the Mets system and it is such a pleasant surprise to see Tebow and go "oh ya one of the best college quarterbacks of all time plays minor league baseball now". Only a matter of time before he gets the call to the Mets though if he keeps showing some of this power.
Little oppo taco action from Timmy! Impressive stuff. Maybe this will be the year we finally see Tim Tebow take a meaningless MLB at bat in late September for a Mets team that is 15 games back of a playoff spot.
