That's how the offensive lineman from St. Johns in Minnesota was able to put on 60 pounds ahead of the NFL combine. This man is a visionary. Why waste precious time eating your eggs and your cottage cheese and your grits and banana one at time, when you could just blend it all up and chug it down in less than a minute. That's less time doing something arbitrary like eating your breakfast and more time studying the playbook. Bartch immediately shot up to number one on my big board in my mock draft 45.0 after reading this. I know I'll be implementing this strategy moving forward when I approach my meals, starting tonight when I throw the shrimp scampi and garlic bread RIGHT into the blender. Sounds delicious.
