I'm so jealous of this guys name. Look, I get that this is a big time story and the Olympics might be moved from Tokyo due to Corona, but seriously I can't get passed the name Dick Pound. It's incredibly distracting. Nothing written afterwards in this story is even processing in my brain all because of Dick Pound. I mean just imagine any time he introduces himself to someone? "Hi, nice to meet you, I'm Dick Pound". What a power move. Not to mention I can't imagine what this name is doing for Dick when he tries to pick up the ladies. I imagine it goes something like this:
"Hi, I'm Dick Pound, can I buy you a drink?"
"Um can we just skip the drink and go back to your place so I can get some of that Dick Pound action?"
Some people just have all the luck in life, and good ol' Dick Pound is one of the luckiest.
