Jaromir Jagr, for a while anyhow, was the most polarizing player in Penguins history. For years, he was booed by Pens faithful every time he touched the puck.
In recent years, with the amount of winning the club has done, I think fans have forgiven Jagr for his "dying alive" comments and for spurning Lemieux and the Penguins in the summer before the 2011-2012 season.
His jersey should be hanging in the PPG Paints arena rafters.
My buddy discovered this video on Youtube and sent me the link. Even if he only spent 11 of his 24 years in the NHL with the Penguins, it doesn't mean you can't take the time to marvel at his greatness.
So flipping good.
Salute.
