Please join us for the Second Annual Karaoke for Cate, benefitting Cupid's Undie Run and the Children’s Tumor Foundation!! Just like last year, we'll have basket raffles, a 50/50 and, of course, karaoke, along with drink specials and a buffet!
This event is being organized by the family and friends of Cate Smolinski. Now age 6, Cate was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 2 (NF2) at age 2. NF2 most commonly causes tumors that grow on the nerves that control hearing and balance and can result in hearing loss and severe balance problems. It causes an increased risk of other types of nervous system tumors and can also cause vision problems. A tumor was discovered by Cate's spinal cord last summer, so finding a cure for this disease is so important for her and everyone who loves her!
Cupid's Mission is simple: to end NF by funding the best research. 100% of the proceeds from this event will go toward research to find a cure for Neurofibromatosis. The current treatments are not a cure. There is not a cure for this disease. Help us to find a cure for Cate and and all the Children fighting NF!
